Subscriber Agreement for 9MSLive

Welcome to 9MSLive, a subsidiary of 9MS Technologies. This Subscriber Agreement governs your access to and use of the 9MSLive Over-the-Top (OTT) platform, which is powered by PlayBoxTV. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to comply with this Agreement. Please read it carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing, or using the services of 9MSLive, you accept and agree to be bound by this Subscriber Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in India to subscribe to and use the services provided by 9MSLive. By subscribing, you represent that you meet these eligibility criteria.

3. Subscription Services

7. Use of Services

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on 9MSLive, including but not limited to movies, TV shows, live channels, logos, designs, and software, is the property of 9MSLive, PlayBoxTV, or its licensors. 10. Termination

a. Voluntary Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time by canceling it through your account settings. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.

b. Termination by 9MSLive

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to 9MSLive at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of this Agreement or if we determine that your use of the service is unlawful or harmful to others.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9MSLive, 9MS Technologies, and PlayBoxTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your subscription in the preceding 12 months.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to your use of 9MSLive, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue by contacting our customer support. If we are unable to resolve the matter, it will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 13. Governing Law

This Subscriber Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to This Agreement
